Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for unwanted items, so please choose carefully. We will accept returns for all items legitimately damaged during shipping. The damaged item will be replaced with a new if still available, or a refund otherwise.

If you have ordered the wrong size, we will issue a credit for the goods only; not any shipping costs.

In either case, the goods must be in new condition and returned by economy air mail. The credit will be issued on arrival.

To make a return
Email hornet@brock05.com with the your name, the date purchased and the order number. Please briefly detail the damage and how you think it was caused. You will be sent a returns number.

A returns number must be requested within 7 days.

Please DO NOT return a product without first acquiring a returns number.
